Our nutritionists provide you with a healthier diet with cosmopolitan flavor thats sodium-restricted, low cholesterol with no added preservatives or artificial colors.

Delivery is twice a week. Freshly prepared meals are delivered to your door Monday for Monday dinner through Thursday lunch, and Thursday for Thursday dinner through Monday lunch. What a time saver!

Getting started on your Choice Eating lifestyle is as simple as three easy steps.

Step 1

After determining your body mass index, using our free calculator, decide on your health or lifestyle goal:

  • Shed pounds: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend a BMI between18.5 and 29.9 for maximum health. After determining you BMI, plan your weight loss to bring you into this BMI range.
  • Maintain Weight: Once you have reached your target weight, you will want to stay there.

  • Low-carb menu: For those seeking to limits refined sugars and flours, this meal plan features eggs Florentine for breakfast, salmon burger for lunch and beef kabobs for dinner.
